HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

All emergency services will be open,
please call 911.

  • If it is an emergency water issue, please call Madison Water Utility at (608) 266-4665, 24hrs/day
  • If it is a Sanitary Sewer Back-up,
     Call: (608) 266-4430. An emergency crew will be called in to respond to your call.
  • If you need to Report a Problem, which can wait until the next City working day, please go to the Report a Problem Portal.

CITY SCHEDULE

The City of Madison administrative offices, including offices of the City Council, are closed on Monday, January 16, 2012. City offices will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, January 17, 2012.

All emergency services will be open, please call 911. You can also use Report a Problem to report non-emergency issues.

STREETS & RECYCLING SCHEDULE

There will be no refuse, large item or recycling collection on Monday, January 16th, due to the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday.

If your material is normally collected on Monday, it will be collected on Tuesday, January 17th.

The Streets Division's offices and self help drop off sites will be closed on Monday, January 16th.

MODIFIED SERVICES

City Operated Ramps and On-Street Parking (Meter)

City operated ramps and garages are open and enforced 24/7, Sundays and Holidays included. Meters located on City streets are enforced from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Saturday. Many parking meters note that they are not enforced on "City Holidays".
