The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 requires public transit agencies to provide paratransit service to persons with disabilities who cannot access the public transit system due to their disability.
Paratransit service complements the same area and hours of the city bus system. Riders must fill out an application and be a registered paratransit rider to use this service.

No-Show Notices and Penalties Have Changed
Riders now must cancel rides 60 minutes prior to ride reservation time.
Riders that do not show for rides or cancel less than 60 minutes prior will receive a no-show.
Riders receive a no-show notice postcard any day they have no-shows. Excessive no shows and late cancels can result in suspension of service.
