| Neighborhood Description: | The Highlands is a community of narrow, tree-lined streets curving gracefully through a patchwork of woodlands and clearings. The neighborhood was planned about 1911 by Ossian Cole Simonds, one of the leading landscape architects of the time, in a naturalistic style. The neighborhood now includes about 85 homes. |
