What zoning district is recommended for my property?

As part of the creation of a new City-wide zoning code, each parcel within the city will be assigned to a new zoning district. A first draft of the new zoning map has been completed and is now under public review. Please note, the recommended map is not final and may change based on comments from the public and review by City Boards and Commissions. City Council review of the map is anticipated to occur in 2012, and the new zoning will not take effect until the map is approved by the Council. Please check back on this site for updates to this map.
