Winter weather is back. Three of the outdoor ice rinks are open starting tonight: Tenney Park, Vilas Park and Elver Park. Tenney Park and Vilas Park are open 2:00p.m.-9:30p.m. and Elver Park is open 4:00p.m.-9:30p.m. Tenney Park, 1414 E. Johnson Street Vilas Park, 702 S. Randall Street Elver Park, 1250 McKenna Blvd.
