Physician: Dr. Suresh Agarwal

Topic: Trauma Prevention

Dr. Suresh Agarwal is a surgeon for UW Health, specializing in a wide range of surgeries, including burn surgery, trauma surgery, surgical critical care and general surgery. His research interests include chest wall stabilization, inflammation in wounds, trauma, and sepsis and therapy for acute lung injury utilizing a variety of ventilation strategies. In addition, he is the principle investigator for study funded by the American Association for the Surgery of Trauma to develop a new tool for chest wall stabilization.

Join Dr. Agarwal for a walk in Warner Park, along with a discussion about how YOU can prevent trauma! Listen to Dr. Agarwal’s professional advice on the ways to go about preventing trauma in your health, and then ask him your own specific questions as you hike through the park.
