Garver Feed Mill Reuse Project


Welcome to the Garver Feed Mill Reuse Project Website. Over the next few months a series of meetings will help determine the future use of the Garver Feed Mill structure. Meeting schedules, agendas and minutes will be posted on this site along with other information pertaining to this process. The public is encouraged to participate and should use this site to keep up to date on all aspects of the Garver Feed Mill Reuse Project.

On March 25, 2008, the Garver Feed Mill Reuse Committee recommended that the Madison City Council select the proposal from Common Wealth Development for the adaptive rehabilitation and reuse of the Garver Feed Mill. Additional updates will be forthcoming regarding the selection and approval process.
