Available IZ Units

In order to purchase or rent an IZ unit, your annual gross household income must be at or below a predetermined level.

  • All IZ units for purchase must initially be marketed to households with less than 80% of Area Median Income (AMI). Some units must be marketed to households with lower AMI levels. The income level for each available unit is specified in the table below.
     
  • All IZ rental units must be rented to households with less than 60% of Area Median Income (AMI). Some units must be rented to households with lower AMI levels. The income level for each available unit is specified in the table below.

  • # UNITS: Total number of IZ units originally available. This may not be the number of units available at the time you contact the owner/developer, as some units may have been sold. We will continue to list all the units until all have been sold, or until the IZ marketing period ends.
     
  • UNIT TYPE: MFC (multi-family condominium), SF (single-family on individual lot), or C (other type of condominium unit).
     
  • BDRMS: Number of bedrooms per unit.
     
  • BEGAN: Date marketing period began for these units.
     
  • PRICE: Sales price (or range) for these units.
