Below is a list of affordable units in projects approved by the Common Council and where the developer has signed either an Inclusionary Zoning Land Use Restriction Agreement or a financing agreement with the City of Madison.

• LOCATION: General area of the city (side of town), along with nearby streets or address, if known.
   
• INCOME: Target income level, stated as a percentage of Area Median Income (AMI). Refer to this income limits table for your family size and allowable income level.
   
• # UNITS: Total number of IZ units originally available. This may not be the number of units available at the time you contact the owner/developer, as some units may have been sold. We will continue to list all the units until all have been sold, or until the IZ marketing period ends.
   
• UNIT TYPE: MFC (multi-family condominium), SF (single-family on individual lot), or C (other type of condominium unit).
   
• BDRMS: Number of bedrooms per unit.
   
• BEGAN: Date marketing period began for these units.
   
• PRICE: Sales price (or range) for these units.
