Introducing Parking Utility’s ParkNOW! Pay by Cell pilot project for Buckeye Lot

The City of Madison Parking Utility is excited to announce a collaboration with the vendors ParkNOW! and Metric Parking to pilot a Pay by Cell program in the Buckeye Lot

Multi-Space Parking Meters available Downtown:


The City of Madison Parking Utility and Metric Meters have installed multi-space meters in the downtown area. These meters provide the option to use a credit card as well as coins. You may pay for any multi-space controlled parking space at any multi-space metered pay station.

If so, you can contest your ticket online. Be sure to include the following information from your parking receipt in your description: expiration time, amount paid, meter number (6 digit number), space number, and purchase time. Also let us know if you paid with coins or Visa/Mastercard.
