Madison Water Utility would like to invite you to become active in the development of Water Utility projects through participation on a Citizen's Advisory Panel (CAP). Through this participatory process, citizens provide valuable input and feedback for major Utility projects, helping to produce high quality projects that meet and exceed public expectations.
