national, state, and local community/neighborhood development issues and
budgets.
Correspondence
and reports from various groups and individuals.
Status of current projects and carry-over of projects.
3. REQUEST FOR MAJOR CHANGES IN CURRENTLY FUNDED PROJECTS OR FUNDING FOR NEW PROJECTS
CareNet seeks Housing
Development funds to construct housing for pregnant women throughout their
pregnancy and through their baby's first year.
Bayview seeks Futures
Funds to help explore the feasibility of expanding its neighborhood center.
Community Action
Coalition seeks Futures Funds to support the development of a new Community
Gardens Fund.
Kuumba Renaissance
seeks Futures Funds to pilot a registry for artists as part of an economic
development strategy.
Project Home seeks Futures Funds to help review its administrative structure for the management of its Prairie Crossing housing complex and possible future developments.
4. REPORT FROM THE NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER WORK GROUP
The Work Group recommends Commission adoption of the report on the future allocation model for center funding.
5. REVIEW OF THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS
The Commission will review meeting minutes from November and December.
6. CONFLICT OF INTEREST ISSUES
The CDBG Office has received no inquiries regarding potential conflicts of interest during the past month.
7. OTHER BUSINESS FOR ACTION
Issues and/or referrals to or from the Common Council
Updates on inclusionary zoning, the Housing Trust Fund, and other Council actions.
Reports from Committees with CDBG Commission Representation
Commission Work Group on Center Funding (Zwiefelhofer).

Community Gardens Committee (Silverman).
Other Commission representation.
Identification of Issues and Information for Future Topics
The Commission will identify discussion topics for its next several meetings.
