3. REQUEST FOR MAJOR CHANGES IN CURRENTLY FUNDED PROJECTS OR FUNDING FOR NEW PROJECTS

• A group of homeless service agencies has worked with CDBG staff to develop a recommendation for City application for Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) funds to be submitted to the State of Wisconsin. The Commission is requested to hear synopses of the various proposals and recommend Council adoption.
  

• Operation Fresh Start requests subordination of existing mortgages on its Winnebago Street office building.
  

• Madison Community Health Center requests approval to transfer the previously approved CDBG funds to a newly formed subsidiary entity to help purchase the former Arcand Park Clinic building.
   

• Movin' Out and the Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development request funding to provide assistance with pre-development costs associated with a mixed-income condo housing project.

4. ELECTION OF COMMISSION OFFICERS

The Commission will elect officers for the coming year.

5. REVIEW OF THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS

The Commission will review meeting minutes from January.

6. CONFLICT OF INTEREST ISSUES

The CDBG Office has received no inquiries regarding potential conflicts of interest during the past month.
