Council plans for revitalization of the neighborhood, in order to better
decide on the Commission's investments in the area.

buyers of homes in the Arboretum Co-Housing project that is being
developed in conjunction with Habitat for Humanity and St. Mary's,
as part of the St. Mary's expansion project. The Greenbush Neighborhood
supported the expansion of St. Mary's toward Park Street and St. Mary's
agreed to reduce its rental property holdings and take steps to encourage
ownership in the neighborhood. The Commission also recommended up to $80,000
in HOME funds to assist buyers of a Habitat-built portion of the Arboretum
Co-Housing project.

property and the issuance of a new loan and mortgage to facilitate the
redevelopment of a West Mifflin Street property that will provide an
