The WPCRC Circle of Friends, in cooperation with the Madison Parks Foundation, Inc., aims to establish a strong fiscal foundation to ensure WPCRC's continuing growth and success. The work of Friends is supported by gifts and contributions from the community. The Madison Parks Foundation, a non-profit organization separate from the City of Madison, has agreed to be the fiscal agent, allowing Friends to use their 501 (c)3, which allows all gifts, donations of cash and securities to be tax deductible.
