Special Events Affect Traffic

 

FREAKFEST --  October 29, 2011

Street closures will begin around 5pm. All parking ramps will be open.  The “State Street Campus” ramp will be entrance from Lake street and exit onto Frances Street.  That ramp will close at 10pm.  The “State Street Capitol” ramp (located at Carroll St and Dayton St) will be open until it reaches capacity. You can access this ramp by traveling inbound on East Washington Ave and using the Outer Loop.
