New Flashing Yellow Arrow Signal

A new type of traffic signal will be operating in Madison on September 29 2010.  On Anderson St at Hoffman St left turns will be directed by a flashing yellow arrow. The flashing yellow arrow provides a more direct message than the circular green for permissive left turns.
