Profile, Statistics and Indicators
Neighborhood Description: The Skyview Meadows Neighborhood is located on the far west side of Madison and is extremely family orientated. We have several events that bring the children and adults of the neighborhood together. Many of the neighbors are from other towns, states and even countries, so there is a variety and a wonderful combination. The neighborhood association has worked hard on the development of the Raymond Ridge Park. The park has gotten play equipment, a backstop and 100+ trees in 1993. We are planning for more expansion for the park in future years. The neighborhood housing was built in the late 1980s. We have single-family homes as well as multifamily living. Our neighborhood has easy access to Gammon Road, Raymond Road, and to the I90 system. Elver Community Park, with basketball courts, picnic shelters, sledding hills, ski trails, and summer fireworks is a stone throw away. The neighbors are what makes this a great neighborhood!
Neighborhood Boundaries: Raymond Road on the north, Whitlock Road on the east, Brindley Circle on the south, Scenic Ridge Drive and Raymond Ridge Park on the west
Neighborhood Statistics Indicators: The Neighborhood Indicators Project is a demonstration of key characteristics and various indicators that relate to the quality of life in Madison at the neighborhood level. Basic neighborhood information as well as housing, public safety, health and family well-being, economic, and transportation indicators by neighborhood is available.
