Skyview Terrace may be small at just 28 acres, but the lots are spacious, many garnering more than half an acre. The area is made up of about 40 single family and two unit homes. Built in the late 1950s and early 1960s, housing style is a mixture of ranches, spilt-levels, and full two-story homes. Exclusive Highlands Community lies to the south.
