CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS: Reservations in Park Shelters or Gates of Heaven may only be scheduled in the current calendar year. Cancellation requests must be delivered in writing to the Parks Administration Office and include the customer’s original reservation receipt. Refunds are issued only for requests that are postmarked at least 21 days prior to the event. A cancellation fee of $35.00 (plus tax) will be deducted from your Reservations may be changed/transferred with a postmarked 14 day written notice and the return of the current reservation receipt. All changes will be charged a $25.00 (plus tax) service fee.
No firearms or weapons are permitted on this property. Violators are considered trespassers and subject to forfeiture or arrest.
