How to Rent Space at the Madison Senior Center

Step 1: Take the virtual tour and review the list of available rooms to determine which rooms you may be interested in renting. Please come in to tour the facility during business hours. 

Step 2: Contact senior center staff via seniorcenter@cityofmadison.com or call the front desk at (608) 266-6581 to see if the date(s) you are interested in are available.

Step 3: Download and review the Facility Use Policy and complete the Facility Use Agreement. Drop off, email to seniorcenter@cityofmadison.com  or mail in the rental agreement. Your security deposit and rental check should be received within 5 business days of the rental agreement. 

Step 4: If you intend to serve beer or wine at your event, review the Alcohol Policy and begin the process of application for a Class B Picnic Beer license if required. Download and submit the Alcohol Agreement and Plan, your alcohol fee, copy of your Class B License and Insurance Certifications at least 10 days before your scheduled event.

Senior Groups and Organizations may be eligible to rent at no cost.

Alcohol at events 

Beer and /or wine may be permitted at your event. Additional fees and requirements will apply to the rental agreement. Please review the Madison Senior Center Alcohol Policy and Alcohol Agreement and Plan to see if our guidelines meet the needs of your event.

Parking

The Overture Center Garage is located right next door. View the current parking availability and rates.

Accessibility

There is a circular driveway in front for easy drop off and pick up. Our building is fully accessible, including doors, bathrooms and the elevator.
