The City of Madison will be implementing a new trail usage plan at Quarry Park.  The intent of the plan will be to minimize conflicts between pedestrian and bicycle use on the trails at the park.  The City of Madison held its first public input meeting regarding the project on December 14, 2015 at the First Baptist Church on N Franklin Avenue.  Parks staff gathered a list at this meeting of attendees willing to participate in a working group that will further develop the trail usage plan concept.  The working group met for the first time on January 19 to begin working on a concept that will be presented to the neighborhood in spring 2016.  Information on future neighborhood meetings will be posted to this site, as well as to the City of Madison website and Parks Facebook page.
