The week of March 18 has items of possible interest to residents of district 2 at the Committee on the Environment, the Neighborhood Meeting re Avenue Club & Bubble Up Bar's intent to apply for a Change of Alcohol License, the Common Council Quarterly Update: Performance Excellence, the Common Council, the Economic Development Committee, the Alcohol License Review Committee, the Urban Forestry Task Force, the Habitat Stewardship Subcommittee (Parks), the Downtown Coordinating Committee, and the Common Council President's Work Group on Surveillance Equipment & Data Management Policies. The city meeting agenda items are open for testimony from the public should you be interested in weighing in.  I also appreciate hearing from you on any items on which you have a particular interest or concern so please send me an email or give me a call.

Please join me and Liz Stolz of The Avenue Club & Bubble Up Bar for a meeting where we will hear about The Avenue's intent to apply for a Change of Licensed Premises to allow for them to serve alcohol in the parking lot in association with Forward Soccer team pregame festivities.  They would be partnering with Forward Madison Soccer Team Supporters for these events.  The events would be scheduled to begin no earlier than 3:00 pm and end no later than 7:00 pm.  You will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
