Metro Paratransit Riders Encouraged to Book Rides Before or After Monday, Jan. 19

Due to City of Madison computer network upgrades, Metro's paratransit booking system will not be available until approximately 2 PM on Monday, January 19. Paratransit riders are encouraged to book rides before or after Monday. Customer service agents are available through Friday, January 16 from 6:15 AM to 6 PM; Saturday from 8 AM - 4:30 PM; and Sunday from 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM. Customer service agents will be available on Monday, January 19 from 8 AM - 4:30 PM. However, agents are not expected to be able to start booking rides until 2 PM.
