Join Your Neighbors at Madison in Motion

City of Madison officials are holding a series of design workshops for Madison in Motion, the City’s Transportation Master Plan. This is an opportunity for residents from throughout the city to share their ideas on how Madison can address its current and future transportation needs.

The series of four workshops will be held at the Madison Senior Center, 330 West Mifflin Street.

  • Monday, July 14 12:00-5:00 p.m. 
  • Tuesday, July 15 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. 
  • Wednesday, July 16 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. 
  • Thursday, July 17 10:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m.

There will be a wrap up presentation on Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

City engineers, planners and urban designers will be at the workshops looking for ideas on improving streets, bike paths and walking conditions. Share your thoughts on how Madison can build new neighborhoods, commercial areas and increase its tax base as well as improving public transit.
