The Warner Park Community Recreation Center is a popular location for weddings, company banquets, retirement parties or any gathering. The stunning 2700 sq. ft. Community Room has two walls of windows, overlooking the beautiful Warner Park and Lagoon.

The Community Room has a seating capacity of 160 people when set with round tables and a capacity of 200 when set with chairs in rows. The room can be divided into smaller sections depending on the size of the event.

Rental Fees

In keeping with the mission of the WPCRC and in order to not be exclusionary to any of the local user groups, facility rentals are priced using a three-tier system defined by three rental categories: (Groups I, II and III). WPCRC has equipment rental available. All fee are subject to tax.

Catered food must come from one of the approved caterers.

Note

  • Half Day: 4 hours, Monday-Saturday, 8 am-4 pm or Sunday, 11 am-6 pm.
  • Full Day: 8 hours, Monday-Saturday, 8 am-4 pm or 7 hours, Sunday, 11 am-6 pm.
  • Evening: 5 hours, 5 pm-10 pm. Can be extended until 11 pm; $100 fee applies after 10 pm.


Security Deposit
A $75 security deposit is required to hold the facility for the requested date and time. Wedding receptions and other large events require a $250 security deposit. The security deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. WPCRC reserves the right to apply all or a portion of the security deposit to the cost of repairing damages to the facility, cleaning the facility or changes in arrangements made by lessee. If there are no damages or changes in arrangements, the entire security deposit will be returned to lessee after the event.

Reservations for WPCRC
WPCRC will take reservations for the following year anytime after January 1 of the current year. To reserve a date and time, please contact the Rental Coordinator.

Meeting Room
WPCRC has a conference room set with long tables in a large hollow square formation with chairs set around the outside of the tables. This set-up can accommodate 30 people. The formation can only be changed by WPCRC staff and the change fee is $40. Other seating arrangements include chairs in rows for a capacity of 50.

  • Group III - City of Madison Residents: $20 per hour, Non-Residents: $30 per hour
  • Group II - $10 per hour
