Customer Service and Mental Health

Customer service situations can be difficult to manage consistently. This session will focus on ho to develop a customer service approach which recognizes that each customer is different, and may present different challenges. Given that each person with significant customer contact will also occasionally mean assisting customers with mental health concerns. This course focuses on how to deliver personal and professional service with those concerns in mind. It is a participative class with active role playing, so come prepared to participate!
