Participants will take the MBTI psychometric instrument and learn how personal preferences impact gathering information, decision making, an communication. The MBTI will be completed prior to the session. Feedback and activities during the session will help participants understand how their personal type and respect for other different types will help create better individual and team interactions as well as outcomes.
