Applicants must attend the School-Age Child and Youth Program-West Madison Supplemental Funding Process Workshop.
If applicants are unable to attend the workshop they must schedule a conversation with City Staff on their proposal prior to 4:00 pm on October 23, 2019 to be eligible to apply. Applications will not be accepted from entities that have not attended a workshop or consulted with staff on their proposals.
