Advanced Patrol Tactics Leadership Course is for the Patrol Sergeant who has already taken Advanced Patrol Tactics and is wanting more knowledge in tactical leadership and leading tactical patrol calls. Students in this class will build their tactical leadership skills and knowledge through classroom presentation, debriefs, and table top scenarios. By the end of this course the student should have a basic understanding of the following: Decentralized Command Getting the most out of your team on a tactical call Advanced Tactical Concepts Debriefing
