Gentle Exercise

Exercise in a group using fitness videos to increase your strength, flexibility and balance. All fitness levels are welcome.

Chair Yoga

10:00 am – 10:45 am
Cost: $4.00 donation recommended
Improve your balance, range of motion and flexibility with a variety of chair and standing positions. All abilities are welcome.

Decrease your stress, prevent injuries, and reduce the effects of depression with a massage! Chair and foot massages are available. This service provided by Andrew Hanson, LMT.

SSM Health at Home Visiting Nurses run this service at the Senior Center. Please bring 2 towels with you.

Blood Pressure Screening

1st Thursday of the Month
10:00 am – 11:00 am
No Cost On the first Thursday of the month, a registered nurse will be onsite to provide blood pressure screening. Thakn you to Sylvan Crossings for providing this service.

Walking Club

Tuesdays and Thursdays
9:00 am
Reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke and type 2 Diabetes by walking regularly! All abilities are welcome—route maps of varying distances will be provided. Comfortable shoes & water bottle are recommended.
