Gentle Exercise

Exercise in a group using fitness videos to increase your strength, flexibility and balance. All fitness levels are welcome.

Chair Yoga

10:00 am – 10:45 am
Cost: $4.00 donation recommended
Improve your balance, range of motion and flexibility with a variety of chair and standing positions. All abilities are welcome.

SSM Health at Home Visiting Nurses run this service at the Senior Center. Please bring 2 towels with you.
