Truman Olson RFP

The City of Madison, Wisconsin, has solicited proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of the former Truman Olson United States Army Reserve facility (the "Property") from developers with demonstrated experience in the redevelopment of urban properties ("Developers"). The Property, totaling approximately 3.49 acres, is located on the south side of Madison near the intersection of South Park Street and Cedar Street at 1402 South Park Street.

Draft Staff Report

Responses to this Request for Proposals ("RFP"), provided at the link below, are due at 2 PM on August 9, 2019.  The RFP provides prospective Developers with information to assist in the preparation of a competitive proposal, proposal submission requirements, and the process that will be used to select proposals for the Property.

The City will host a public meeting to review the responses from Development teams on:

Staff Reports

Prior to the Public Meeting, City Staff will draft a report regarding the responses from Developers.  This report will be posted to the City's Legistar website and to this web page.
