Además de la vivienda pública, la CDA ofrece opciones de vivienda asequible para individuos y familias que se encuentran dentro de los límites del ingreso medio del área (AMI, por sus siglas en inglés), y los residentes pagan una renta asequible basada en la cantidad de dormitorios. Muchas de las propiedades fueron desarrolladas a través del programa de Crédito Fiscal para Viviendas de Bajos Ingresos (LIHTC) y ofrecen varias unidades con asistencia de Vales Basados en Proyectos de la Sección 8 (PBV).

Subsidized Housing Opportunities
The CDA is committed to providing affordable housing options with a range of subsidized rental housing opportunities available throughout the City of Madison. Similar to the qualifications for Public Housing and the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) programs, these units are subsidized with Section 8 Project-Based Vouchers. The properties are owned and managed by private entities.
