Women in World War II

Based on her soon to be released book, Til I Come Marching Home, this presentation will explore the important role that women have played in all wars, especially World War II. Our presenter, C. Kay Larson, has a long time interest in American political history, especially the lesser known component. Kay will discuss iconic and singular women figures such as Agnes Myer, the "mother" of code-breaking, and Virginia Hall, the only woman to have received the Distinguished Service Cross.
