Are you new to renting an apartment? Or maybe looking to learn new skills around renting? Or just looking for resources?

This free program from UW-Extension is open to all. Attend all six sessions and receive a Rent Smart Certificate which will strengthen your rental applications.

Gain new skills to build positive relationships with landlords and neighbors, gain confidence in ability to find and maintain affordable housing, understand the application and screening process, and learn about the responsibilities between tenants and landlords.
