National Senior Center Month
September is National Senior Center Month. Every senior center is unique, and we encourage you to see what our local center offers for you, so that you can discover your unique path to aging well!
The Madison Senior Center has been a pillar of the community for over 40 years. Research shows that older adults who participate in senior center programs can learn to manage and delay the onset of chronic disease and experience measurable improvements in their physical, social, spiritual, emotional, mental, and economic well-being.
