Traffic Pattern Changes for John Nolen Drive Project
North Shore Drive will fully reopen by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, April 22. The following morning, Thursday, April 23 at 5:00 am, South Broom Street will fully close between W Wilson Street and John Nolen Drive, as part of the next phase of the John Nolen Drive reconstruction project.
