Firefighter Recruitment Open House This Thursday

The City of Madison Fire Department is hosting a Firefighter Recruitment Open House at Fire Station #7 on Thursday, October 17 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Fire Station #7 is located at 1810 McKenna Blvd. Parking will be available at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church across the street from the fire station. Please do NOT park at the police station and do NOT block access to fire vehicles or fuel pumps. Madison firefighters will be on hand to answer questions about the recruitment and hiring process, give tours of the vehicles and station, and provide information about what a career with the fire department is like. This open house is a perfect opportunity to learn more about a career with the Madison Fire Department. The City of Madison is accepting applications for firefighter until December 1, 2013.
