MISSION

Management & operation of the Water Utility. The Board shall keep books of account in the manner/form prescribed by the Public Service Comm which shall be open to the public. The Board shall have management/supervision of the Water Utility & all matters connected herewith subject to the general control/supervision of the Water Utility Board by the Mayor & Council. The Council shall exercise supervision by enacting ordinances governing the Board's operation & approving contracts for the Water Utility as it does for other depts.
