New Thurber Park Artist in Resident
The Madison Arts Commission and The City of Madison is excited to introduce their new Thurber Artist in resident, Samantha Jane Mullen. There will be a opening at the Thurber Studio on Tuesday, October 6 at 5:30-7pm.

Stop by the newly opened Madison Public Market at 201 N First St & explore public art by local & regional artists. The Madison Arts Commission lead the production of over a dozen works in the building. Stop by the information desk for a public art map.
New Youth Poet Laureate
The City of Madison and The Madison Arts Commission welcomes mk zariel as the City's new Youth Poet Laureate. Zariel will do a reading at the Madison Municipal Building Room 206 at 5:30pm and an additional reading at the beginning of the Common Council meeting at 6:30pm at the City County building.
Madison LakeWay Public Art Design Presentations
The Madison LakeWay Public Art Selection Ad hoc Committee will be holding a public meeting for the finalists to present their design proposals.
