Demolish 2 single-family residences at 1318 & 1402 Reiner Road and Rezone from A to TR-C3 for single-family residences and TR-U1 for multi-family apts. ------ STATUS: The Rezoning was APPROVED by Council on 3/21/2017 and does not expire. However, the demolition permit, approved by Plan Commission on 3/6/2017, is considered APPROVAL EXPIRED per MGO Section 28.185(8).
