Renovate the historic 178,000 sq. ft. Madison College Downtown Campus property into a 195-room hotel and then construct a 190,000 sq. ft., 8-story addition with 115 hotel rooms, 12,000 sq. ft. of leasable commercial space. ------ STATUS: APPROVED by Plan Commission on 9/17/2018 but considered APPROVAL EXPIRED per MGO Section 28.183(9) since building permits were withdrawn.
