Construct 11-story, mixed-use bldg with 13,200 sq. ft. commercial, 38,000 sq. ft. office & 128 apts and 4-story, 61,000 sq. ft. youth arts center (with 300-seat auditorium) for Madison Youth Arts Center (MYAC) on E. Mifflin St. frontage, all in Urban Design District No. 8. Shared structured pkg with 295 stalls will be shared by multiple tenants and provide off-peak parking for additional community uses, including the MYAC.
