Amendment to Existing PD-SIP
For the Peloton mixed-use bldg to convert (16) 4th floor apts w/ lofts into (16) 5th floor apts, increasing the density from 157 units to 173, including 5 live-work units located along the S. Park Street frontage. Also tweaks bldgs architecture. No changes to the site plans approved for the project in 2017 are proposed with this amendment.
