Construct an up to five-story building with a mission house, rooming house, community and counseling services, health services, and place of worship in two phases in Urban Design Dist. 7. (This is a new submittal for the same primary building as was proposed and approved in 2019 but for which the approval expired - see Legistar File ID 57108). Phase 1, the construction of the main shelter building. Phase 2, construction / addition to the gymnasium. ------ STATUS: REFERRED at the request of the applicant to a future meeting (dates unknown).
