Amend General Development Plan and Specific Implementation Plan for the Edgewater Hotel to construct a restaurant/bar with outdoor eating area on the 15th Floor, add canopies to the outdoor eating areas for the restaurants on the 1st and 7th Floors, and reconfigure space under the 5th Floor plaza to create a concession/bar
