Amend General Development Plan and Specific Implementation Plan for Madison Yards at Hill Farms Block 1 in Urban Design District (UDD) 6 to construct a five-story, 102-unit multi-family dwelling on Block 1 following partial vacation of Sheboygan Avenue right of way. (Previously approved PD was for a five-story, 77-unit residential building located at the NW corner of the intersection of Segoe Rd and Sheboygan Ave (Legistar Files 64604 and 63440, which was approved by Council on 4/20/2021)).
