Westbound Routes 4, 5, 6 and 29 travel on the 500 and 600 blocks of lower State St. Affects Routes: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 12, 14, 15, 19, 29, 47, 56, 57, 58, 60, 61 and 65.
