Johnson St. Median Closed East Washington construction will close the median at Johnson Street starting Thursday, August 9 through Sunday, August 12. This will cause Northbound Route 4 buses to detour via North St., to Johnson St., to North Lawn Ave. The bus top on East Washington Ave. at Milwaukee St. will be closed. Passengers are directed to use a temporary stop on 4th St. at the RR tracks, or bus stop # 1301 located on North St. farside of East. Washington Ave. during this time.
