UW EMPLOYEE BUS PASS: Available August 13

Available: Monday, August 13

UW Transportation Services offers free bus passes to all UW employees. These passes allow employees to ride for free on all Metro Transit routes (excluding special event shuttles). The 2007-2008 pass will be available Monday, August 13. The pass is valid September 1, 2007 - August 31, 2008. All employees paid through UW Payroll excluding graduate assistants and student hourly positions are eligible for the pass. This includes faculty, academic staff, classified employees, post docs, and LTEs. Emeriti faculty and staff are eligible for the free bus pass. Employees from authorized affiliates are also eligible for the bus pass, including UW Hospital, Wisconsin Alumni Association, UW Foundation, Wisconsin Historical Society AND WARF.
